And so it continues.
Cried myself to sleep last night. Woke up this morning and missed a bunch of events that I was supposed to go to. I give myself a really hard time whenever I miss out on something. I never ‘flake’ on stuff.. but when I do, I never forgive myself. Lately, Ive been feeling so blah and sad all the time.
What is happening.. this isn’t me..

try to set a whole day all to yourself .
no commitment no school no vsa, somedays we all break down and need a day to take a break and treat our self out to relaxation and reflection.
